Where can i get more information about the Heritage project related to costs for provisioning safe drinking water to each household. A brief mention about these costs could serve as a benchmark for any new projects.

Safe water has become an urgent priority in Cape Town, we have suffered from a recent spate of power blackouts, which have had a knock on effect of shutting down our sewage systems. Which have over flowed into our rivers and streams.

With many people living in shacks along side these rivers and streams the human health situation has become tenuous. Safe drinking water needs to be something one can do at home or within a community.

It has become clear that requirement to provide clean healthy water, housing and power rests upon those who wish to have it. We can no longer anticipate government to be able to provide these services.
