		<description>Just a small point: there are all sorts of catastrophe futures out there. Most large companies buy insurance against hurricanes etc... Even small firms in Florida have hurricane insurance. Of course, the small-scale market is much less developed in developing countries. Some of the larger insurance companies are also offering terrorism coverage. There are also implicity ways to hedge against terrorist risk (ie: buy oil stocks).
